The World In A Garden is a multicultural and educational urban farm project that engages community and youth on the nutritional, cultural, social and environmental benefits of a just and local food system.

Our programming includes youth leadership, kids summer camps, school programs and gardens and farm to table workshops.  Our social enterprise includes market sales, honey from our bees, educational workshops and programs, community events, fundraisers, garden wares and more.

Our current plans for expansion include the development of  an interactive and educational urban farm site that will include diversified food production.

The new site is planned to include vertical food growing, a chicken coop and Aquaponics to display what is possible in urban spaces.

The World In A Garden is also working to fulfill it’s global and local initiative with international expansion.  We are currently working to  build International twin sites with partner organizations connected to Africa, Guatemala and Costa Rica to ensure fair food for all and support self sustaining community building.
